Definitions
•    Web Platform: is a set of digital tools available online that allow the management of the relationship between the User and JAM Abogados.
•    Service: is the legal advice in the preparation and presentation of the information and documents necessary for the application of tax benefits before the respective competent authority._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
•    Terms and Conditions: are those that we include in this document where we explain in detail the scope of the Service, as well as the rules that regulate the relationship between the User and JAM Lawyers. 
•    User: is the person who contracts the provision of the JAM Lawyers Service through the Web Platform. 

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:

At the time a User contracts the Service through the Web Platform, they acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy of JAM Abogados and (ii) agree to be bound by said provisions and other applicable regulations in accordance with the law, since to this extent it recognizes that the conditions constitute a binding and enforceable contract with JAM Abogados. 

The Terms and Conditions may be revised and updated with or without prior notice by JAM Abogados. In any case, JAM Abogados will make a reasonable effort to publish those Terms and Conditions that change substantially and will update the date of the last revision.

Service and operation
Open Legal is a Web Platform that provides advisory services in the preparation and presentation of the information and documents necessary for the application of tax benefits before the respective competent authority. For this reason, our advice is provided through the accompaniment in the process that must be supplied before the competent authority and consists of:
•    Obtain from the User and organize the necessary information to submit the request to the respective authority. 
•    Prepare the application verifying that it meets the requirements of the Law.
•     Submit the request, after receiving the information, within a reasonable time.
•    Follow up until the competent authority issues a decision on the evaluation of the project presented. The authority may take the term established by law, or the term determined by the authority itself, to decide on the presentation of the request; however, in the event that any additional information or correction of the provided information is required, this term will count again from the presentation of the new information or the correction.

In the event that the act of the authority approves the request for the tax benefit, it will be the responsibility of the User to comply with the requirements demanded by the Law to maintain the right to the tax benefit, as well as to comply with all legal provisions during the indicated term. by the law. JAM Abogados is not responsible if the User loses the tax benefit for failing to comply with any of the conditions to maintain it, since its advice does not include the implementation or conservation of the aforementioned benefit.

It is important to clarify that JAM Abogados has an obligation of means and not of result in advising for the application of the tax benefit. For this reason, if information or any clarification is needed on the information presented, it is possible that the authority requires the User and in this case, JAM Abogados will present the requested information if the User so determines, for which the User must bear the costs corresponding fees. However, in the event that the authority issues an act denying the request, JAM Abogados will not be responsible for this and if the User wishes to submit a new application, they must bear the corresponding fees._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

User Obligations
The User has the following obligations and responsibilities: 
•    The User must contract the Service through their legal representative. 
•    The User must provide all the financial and legal information required by JAM Abogados for the provision of its Service. 
•    The User is responsible for the veracity, accuracy and projection of the data and information provided. 
•    Make the payment for the Services at the time requested by JAM Abogados in order to start the provision of said Services._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Service Guarantee. 

JAM Abogados grants the User a legal guarantee on the service purchased in accordance with article 7 of Law 1480 of 2011, which is defined as an obligation of means, that is, the guarantee is given by offering a high quality in the provision of the service. and not in the result.
Therefore, in the event of any complaint or claim about the service, the User may contact JAM Abogados through the email or telephone number registered at the bottom of this document.

Confidentiality 
JAM Abogados undertakes to keep confidential all information that is the property of the User and that is not in the public domain (hereinafter, the “Confidential Information”). In this sense, JAM Abogados may not disclose Confidential Information to third parties and must protect it, guarding it with at least the same diligence and care that it uses to protect its own secret information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JAM Abogados may disclose Confidential Information to the competent authorities for the purposes related to the provision of the Service and in the cases expressly provided for by law, when this is necessary in compliance with legal obligations and duties._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
The User undertakes that only those people who need to know it for the provision of the Services will have access to the Confidential Information, who before knowing it must abide by the same confidentiality obligations established herein.
